What are you going to do

Verantwortung für das IT-Demandmanagement sowie Steuerung der Umsetzung im Bereich SAP HCM
Übernahme des Applikations-, Schnittstellen- und Entwicklungsmanagements zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Systemintegration
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Personalbereich, um gesetzliche Anforderungen sicher und effizient umzusetzen
Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von IT-Security-Vorgaben, Access Management sowie Datenschutz und -sicherheit
Übernahme einer zentralen Governance-Funktion bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Architektur

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbarer IT- technischer Ausbildung
Mehrjährige praktische IT-Erfahrungen in SAP HCM und/oder SAP Basis
Erfahrungen im IT-Demandmanagement
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
