What are you going to do
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Infrastruktur
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Servern, Clients und Netzwerken
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs sowie der Systemverfügbarkeit
- Unterstützung der Anwender bei IT-Fragen und Störungen (1st- & 2nd-Level-Support)
- Einrichtung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten, Rechten und Gruppen
- Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten, z. B. Systemumstellungen oder Sicherheitslösungen
- Dokumentation der IT-Systeme und Prozesse
Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker z.B (Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows- und/oder Linux-Umgebungen

Erfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerken, Servern und IT-Sicherheitslösungen

Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung

Teamfähigkeit und Lust auf neue Technologien

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
