What are you going to do

Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen sowie Fehlern in der Hard- und Software von mechatronischen Systemen und Werkzeugmaschinen.
Planung und Ausführung von Reparaturarbeiten, inklusive der Nachbereitung.
Überprüfung und erfolgreiche Inbetriebnahme von instandgesetzten Maschinen und Anlagen.
Anpassung der Maschinensteuerungen (z.B. Modifikation der maximalen Spindeldrehzahlen) sowie Durchführung von Testläufen und Dokumentation der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen.
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wartungsplänen.
Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen unter Berücksichtigung ökonomischer und ökologischer Gesichtspunkte.
Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Service von Werkzeugmaschinen.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der CNC-Steuerung und -Programmierung.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen, insbesondere MS-Office.
