What are you going to do 

Als ICT Servicedeskmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega’s bij ICT-gerelateerde vragen. Of het nu gaat om werkplekken, bedrijfsapplicaties of telefonie, jij biedt ondersteuning via telefoon, self-serviceportaal, chat en e-mail. Met jouw servicegerichte instelling en technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat problemen snel worden opgelost en gebruikers optimaal worden geholpen. Onze IT Servicedesk is het centrale punt voor al het ICT-advies en -ondersteuning binnen Enexis.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding in ICT.
  • Minimaal één jaar werkervaring op een ICT Servicedesk.
  • Kennis van Windows 10, Office 365 en Active Directory.

What we offer 

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.700,- en € 2.900,- op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding naar keuze: OV-businesscard, kilometervergoeding of een leaseauto.
  • Mogelijkheden om certificaten te behalen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
