Zur Verstärkung des Entwicklungsteams suchen wir eine technisch versierte und kreative Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im Maschinenbau und in der Konstruktion.

What are you going to do 

  • Selbstständige Entwicklung von innovativen Verpackungslösungen mittels 3D-CAD

  • Design und Konstruktion von Produktionswerkzeugen und Heisssiegelmaschinen

  • Technische Optimierung von Produktionsmaschinen und Automatisierungen

  • Kunden- und Lieferantenkontakt (mehrheitlich in Deutsch und Englisch)

  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufs- und Beratungsgesprächen

  • Erstellung von 3D-Musterwerkzeugen mit dem 3D-Drucker

  • Bewertung und Freigabe von Bemusterungen

  • Dokumentation von Entwicklungen und Erstellung von Testberichten

  • Projektleitung für kleinere bis mittlere Entwicklungsprojekte inkl. Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsverantwortung

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Konstrukteur oder Polymechaniker EFZ

  • Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder Bachelor in Maschinenbau

  • Fundierte 3D-CAD-Kenntnisse (Solid Edge von Vorteil)

  • Praxis in Fertigungstechnologien wie Fräsen, Drehen, Blechbearbeitung

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Windows, Office sowie PLM-/ERP-Systemen

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
