What are you going to do

* Sie sind für die Produktion von Multi Chip Modulen (MCM) verantwortlich.* Die Bedienung von manuellen oder automatischen Fertigungsanlagen liegt genau so wie Prozessfähigkeitsanalysen in Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
* Sie passen Maschinenprogramme für den automatisierten Fertigungsprozess an.* Die Begleitung und Durchführung der Erstfertigung von Prototypen bis hin zur Übernahme von Serien-Fertigungsabläufen obliegt Ihnen.
* Sie unterstützen bei der Schwachstellenanalyse von Baugruppen und Bauteilen.* Sie zeigen nötigen Änderungsbedarf an Aufbaudokumentationen auf.

Essential skills and knowledge

* Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik/ Mechatronik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.* Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik ist wünschenswert.
* Sie konnten bereits Erfahrungen bei der Drahtbond-, Klebstoff oder Weichlötverbindungstechnik sammeln.* Gute Englisch und Microsoft Office Kenntnisse zeichnen Sie aus.
* Kenntnisse von elektronischen Baugruppen und Maschinenbausoftware sind von Vorteil.
