What are you going to do

Erstellung von 2D- und 3D-Zeichnungen und BIM-Modellierung für die Fachplanungen zur technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in Neu- und Umbauprojekten im jeweiligen Projektteam
Erarbeitung technisch anspruchsvoller Konzepte und interdisziplinäre Umsetzung in CAD-Konstruktionen
Planungs- und Zeichnungsprüfungen wie z.B. Kollisionsprüfung sowie Anfertigung von S+D-Plänen und Details für die TGA-Planungsphasen
Erarbeitung von Massenauszügen und Ausschreibungsplänen/-unterlagen
Berechnungs-, 2D- und 3D-Software, u.a. Revit, Solar, PlanCal, MH, MicroStation, etc.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker, Technischen Zeichner oder Technischen Systemplaner der TGA erforderlich
Erfahrung in der CAD-Konstruktion notwendig, idealerweise in der Planung und dem Bau von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
CAD-Kenntnisse erforderlich, idealerweise auch in der 3D-Modellierung (z.B. Revit, Solar, PlanCal, MH, MicroStation) und den aktuellen IT-Produkten wünschenswert
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umgang und Anwendung der technischen Normen und Regelwerke von Vorteil
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig
