What are you going to do

Übergreifende Aufgaben des Debitorenmanagement- und- Kreditorenmanagements.
Erstellen von Zahl- und Mahnläufen,
Zahlungen einspielen und Klärfälle auf dem Kundenkonto bearbeiten
Prüfung der Netznutzungsrechnung des Netzbetreibers und Prüfung der Marktaustauschprozesse. (INVOICE)
Bearbeitung der E-Mail-Eingänge von Kunden und Auftraggebern in den Klärungspostfächern.
Durchführung von Zahlläufen und Mahnläufen
Bearbeitung schriftlicher Kundenanfragen
Bearbeitung der eingehenden Kundenzahlungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau/-mann, Bürokaufmann/-Frau oder vergleichbar notwendig
Energiewirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse in den Sparten Strom und Gas vorteilhaft
Kenntnisse in SAP ISU wünschenswert
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse erforderlich
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
