Introduction

On behalf of our client, a High-Profile Global Renewable Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a skilled Administrator to support the Downstream Engineering Team. This will be a 12 month maternity leave cover based in the Perth CBD.

About this role

You will be responsible for:

  • Organising, attending and participating in Team and Stakeholder meetings
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate
  • Documenting minutes and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Administration of requests from stakeholders for Engineering resources and support / Requests for Engineering Standards access / Reporting for Engineering Team
  • Coordination of interface with other functions including Studies, Contracts and Procurement, Recruitment and Project Services in support of the Engineering Services across the portfolio to progress priority actions
  • Supporting initiation and management of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and new vendor onboarding and processing
  • Financial reporting of purchase orders against budgets for the Engineering Team
  • Facilitating documentation input, reviews and issuing reports
  • Interaction with colleagues and stakeholders in a positive and professional way to ensure that assigned tasks are completed on a timely basis

Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting Engineering Contractors will be highly regarded
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting software is desirable
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to show initiative, pre-empt problems and provide solutions
  • Advanced reporting writing, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work across multi-functions and engineering disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
