Introduction

This role will see the successful applicant working on industrial builds valued from $20M - $50M+ and is based in Brisbane with projects in and around the city.

You will be joining a tight knit team with years of experience delivering succesful projects.

About this role

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and maintain records.
  • Liaise between project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee vendor and subcontractor selection and compliance.
  • Manage documentation and approvals.
  • Oversee on-site change orders and track scope changes.
  • Assist with on-site negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure proper documentation for safety and compliance on-site.
  • Review and process subcontractor payments and invoices.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven project delivery for Commercial Construction Projects valued $20m+ working for a Main Contractor (REQUIRED)
  • Bachelor degree in Construction Management, related or relevant experience to negate this (REQUIRED)
  • Experience working within the Australian Construction Industry (REQUIRED).
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Contract Administration role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
