Introduction

On behalf of our client - Chevron Australia, one of the World's Leading Integrated Energy Companies, Brunel is presently sourcing a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition & Learning Team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Learning Team Lead, this role will be based at their Corporate Perth CBD premises.

About this role

  • Overseeing and facilitating University hiring including university engagement events, assessment centres and intern & graduate selections - this role is the business point of contact for university hiring
  • Managing the 12-week Summer Intern Program which involves organising and facilitating program activities / learning sessions, resources and being the point of contact for the program
  • Providing guidance & escalation support to hiring managers and the Manila Talent Acquisition Teams on local internal & external hiring processes and best practices
  • Advocate for unconscious bias awareness and champion Diversity & Inclusion goals throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Teams & External Vendors to build local talent acquisition best practices
  • Stay informed on industry trends, talent market changes and competitor analysis to adjust sourcing strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge in hiring

Is this you?

Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and Facilitation
  • Previous experience recruiting Graduates and Interns is preferable
  • Proactive self-starter with strong project management, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, management and relationship building with a strong commitment to collaboration and driving best practices
  • Ability to take initiative in identify and anticipating business needs, make strategic recommendations and partnering with stakeholders to implement effective solutions
