About this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and own customer technical requests, applying advanced data, vibroacoustic expertise, and deep system knowledge.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers to identify user requirements and drive new product initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, focusing on data acquisition and processing pipelines.
  • Provide hands-on engineering design reviews across multiple disciplines (mechanical, electrical, electronics, software).
  • Develop and document system-level test plans and ensure product compliance with local and international standards.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of product roadmaps, and critically review the integration of new technologies into our portfolio.
  • Support customers with timely and detailed technical responses in collaboration with the service and support team.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent proven industry experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with strong domain expertise.

Is this you?

Technical Skills:

    • Deep understanding of sensor selection, data acquisition (DAQ), and signal processing.
    • Expertise in system and sub-system level design, as well as sensor integration.
    • Broad multidisciplinary engineering knowledge, including system architecture and data interpretation.
    • Proficiency in systems-level design and integration.

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with electromechanical and software systems.
  • Rail industry experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Trainable)

  • Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Altium.
