Introduction
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interface Engineer to join a leading LNG company.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and overseeing interface management processes within the oil and gas industry.
- This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful coordination and integration of various project interfaces while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
About this role
- Develop and implement interface management plans and procedures to ensure effective coordination and integration of project interfaces.
- Identify and manage interface points between different project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams to resolve interface issues and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct interface risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for interface-related risks.
- Monitor and report on interface management performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all interface management activities.
- Maintain accurate records of interface agreements, issues, and resolutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior interface engineers and other team members.
Is this you?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interface management within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, interface management processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to comprehend, coordinate, and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and a strong grasp of analytical concepts.
- Proficiency in interface management software and tools.
