At Brunel Papua New Guinea, we are currently seeking highly skilled individuals to fill multiple shutdown roles in various positions including Mechanical Supervisors, Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers/Welders, and Belt Splicer/Rubber Men. About this role

As a part of the shutdown team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with the project managers and other team members to ensure the successful completion of shutdown projects. Your role will involve working in challenging environments and adhering to strict safety guidelines at all times.

Shutdown roles on offer;

Mechanical supervisors
Mechanical fitters - must have experience with fixed plant, crusher grinding, autoclaves, ball sag mill
Boilermaker welders
Beltsplicer / Rubbermen

**All roles are for Papua New Guinean nationality**

Is this you?

Must have relevant trade qualifications and certifications
Previous experience in shutdown roles within the mining sector
Must have valid Police Clearance or can get one in 1x week
Must be ready to pass pre employment medical examination awell as COVID vaccination
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to following safety protocols
Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required
