About this role

This isn't just any factory - it's where the magic happens. From processing to packaging, you'll be responsible for delivering capital projects that ensure operations remain world-class. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you'll oversee technical developments, installations, and upgrades, all while meeting the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.

With projects spanning both Scoresby and Ringwood, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a tangible impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a talented team to develop technical solutions, budgets, and timelines for capital projects.
  • Manage contractors, installations, and commissioning activities, ensuring every detail is spot-on.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards - no shortcuts here.
  • Support production start-up activities to guarantee a seamless handover to operations.

Is this you?

  • At least 10 years of experience in FMCG, ideally in food or beverage industries.
  • Strong project management skills and technical expertise in processing, packaging, and conveying systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
  • A degree in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering (or similar).
  • Great communication skills and the ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
