Introduction

On behalf of our client, a High Profile Government owned Service Provider, Brunel is presently sourcing a Senior HR Advisor experienced in Case Management and Employee Relations. Perfect for candidates readily available and ideally wishing to work Part-time, Mon-Wed 22.8 hours per week, 6-month contract to end February 2025.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Considerable HR Generalist, Employee Relations and/or Case Management experience, ideally in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisation
  • Experience working with a field based blue collar workforce would be beneficial, but is not essential
  • Working within a collaborative, fun, supportive team environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills on a variety of matters and projects
  • Business focused, confident at building relationships and offer strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • A 'hands-on' role, you will be willing to get stuck in, working with the team and leaders to resolve issues effectively
