Introduction
Are you passionate about Agile methodologies and ready to lead a dynamic team to success? We're seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to champion Agile practices, clear obstacles, foster trust and collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. As the Scrum Master, you will enable the team and organisation to deliver business value efficiently while sticking to Agile values and principles.
About this role
- Lead and coach team members on Agile frameworks and practices to achieve goals and understand Agile values.
- Collaborate with the Agile Delivery Chapter to improve Agile Ways of Working and deliver business value.
- Promote Agile Standards and Ways of Working through the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Work with Domain Coaches and Agile Domain Spokes to embed and follow agile processes.
- Participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice (CoP) to enhance capabilities.
- Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders, SMEs, and end users to focus on customer value.
- Collaborate with connected teams to ensure smooth delivery by managing dependencies.
Is this you?
- Experience in Agile Delivery and Implementation
- Scrum Master Certification(s)
- A SAFe Certification (LPM, RTE, Practitioner, etc.)
- Experience working in technology in complex / global organisations
