Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced scaffolding trainer to join our team at Brunel Papua New Guinea Team. The successful candidate will be based in a well established Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) basis.
About this role
As a scaffolding trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees on site. This includes providing theoretical and practical training on scaffolding safety and procedures, as well as conducting assessments to ensure competency and compliance with company and industry standards. You will work closely with the HSE team to ensure all training is in line with company policies and procedures.
Is this you?
- Minimum 5 years' experience in scaffolding
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Advanced scaffolding ticket (SA)
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety and procedures
- Ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work on a FIFO roster
