Leads S/4 HANA programs or projects with a delineated scope of work executed within a finite timeframe in a high complexity context.
Works with Senior Management/Steering Committee in the definition of the scope of work, boundaries, and dimension at the start-up of programs and projects
Has accountability for related projects over scope definition, execution plan, cost schedule, design and build, and contractual deliverables together with the Steering Committee.
Ensures project delivery on-time, within scope and within budget.
Supports the implementation and roll out of the PMO framework, methodologies and templates as defined by the DBS PMO.
Reports to Steering Committee progress, risks and issues and makes recommendations for the Steering Committee to action for the success of the program/project.
Provides feedback and lessons learned to the PMO during projects as well as at their completion so that these learnings can be incorporated in the PMO framework.
Coaches and mentors junior project managers upon PMO’s request
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team; ensure resource availability and allocation.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and issue management to minimize the impact of issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
8+ years of experience in IT Program execution
Trained and preferably certified as PMP or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Networks and Telecom technologies, IT infrastructure and Application Architectures
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent
Additional qualifications in Information Security, IT Systems, IT Networking will be an added advantage.
Fluent English both spoken and written.
Spoken Arabic is a plus
Salary:• Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance
Work Schedule:• 9 Hours / 6 Days
