About this role

We have a current opportunity for a Project Resource Coordinator on a contract basis. The position will be based in Brisbane.

As a PRC, you will:

  • Lead the on-boarding of new staff, ensuring access to necessary information and systems.
  • Undertake procurement activities and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Use ERP systems for financial activities, including purchase requisitions and invoice processing.
  • Manage and review project documentation, resource plans, and reports.
  • Conduct resourcing analysis and highlight items for attention to Project Managers.
  • Ensure accuracy of resource reports and check timesheets against cost codes.
  • Provide administrative support for effective program governance.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to meet objectives and milestones.
  • Offer back-up support to Project Coordinators, including financial forecasting and scheduling.

Requirements:

To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in coordinating projects within complex organizations.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and eDRMS (Objective).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with SAP systems and Agile methodologies.
