Introduction

As a Project Engineer at our clients site, you will lead key elements of the Sterility Assurance Roadmap (SAR) project. The scope of the project is well-defined, with quotations already received and an established plan for upgrading four areas from D to C Grade. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and driving project success.

About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • HVAC Components: Oversee HVAC system integration, ensuring compliance
  • Monitoring & Qualification: Lead setup and qualification of HVAC systems to meet standards.
  • Project Coordination: Collate all project information, manage budgets, and ensure accurate tracking of milestones.
  • Business Case Development: Develop and present comprehensive business cases for site committee approval.
  • Procurement & Equipment Management: Liaise with procurement teams, ensure equipment purchasing is on track, and lock in installation dates.
  • Shutdown Planning: Coordinate critical shutdown timelines, ensuring work is completed as per plan during shutdown periods.
  • Qualification Phase: Transition into the qualification of equipment phase, ensuring thorough validation processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with validation teams and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Is this you?

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer in a similar role, specifically with HVAC services and shutdown planning.
  • Strong background in aseptic areas, including filling operations and understanding of pharmaceutical production environments.
  • Hands-on experience in shutdown-intensive projects, machine upgrades, and requalification.
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC services and qualification processes.
  • Familiarity with the development and approval of business cases.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
