Introduction

As Project Director, you'll oversee the delivery of a major decommissioning project, ensuring safety, profitability, and excellence. With a strong team in place, you'll focus on execution and identifying new commercial opportunities. Also engage with Senior Leadership and help drive operational improvements during a period of growth and transformation.

About this role

  • Provide leadership across all phases of a complex, multi-year industrial project
  • Mentor and manage a cross-functional team including PMs, Engineers, Schedulers and Contract professionals
  • Foster strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the Company's strategic goals
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSEQ standards and lead a culture of safety excellence
  • Contribute to change management and process improvement initiatives across operations

Is this you?

  • Senior project leadership experience delivering high value projects
  • Strong commercial mindset, ideally holding an MBA or business-related qualification (preferred, but not essential)
  • Deep understanding of the Energy, Resources, or Heavy Industrial sectors
  • A well-connected professional with a proven ability to develop and grow client accounts
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive - comfortable operating in a lean and dynamic environment
  • A clear and demonstrable commitment to safety-first practices, innovation and environmental sustainability
