Introduction

Brunel is currently searching for a Project Change Management Admin (Contract) for a long-term contract position with our client located in Bagdad, Arizona. If candidate is not local to Bagdad, Arizona, client will provide accommodations and travel for a 4 week on, 1 week at home rotation, along with monthly stipend for living expenses.

About this role

Under general supervision, provides project controls management support maintaining the change management records.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides assistance to the Project Controls Management team with various admin tasks.
  • Keeps accurate records of design or construction changes and associated cost growth and/or schedule slippages, requests for information (RFIs), and differing site conditions for impacts to the project in terms of cost and/or schedule.
  • Track the progress of the same and reviews with the project controls manager, project team members and any other stakeholders as directed by his/her supervisor.
  • Reviews contractor equipment logs, time sheets, supplier invoices and contracts to check that equipment and personnel are being utilized as specified.
  • Assists in processing of project change notices and reporting of changes through the Change Management System.
  • Assists in the compilation of all weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the project.
  • Perform other admin duties as required.

Is this you?

  • High School diploma or GED and five (5) years' experience in engineering, construction, project controls or business-related field OR
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting or closely related discipline or equivalent experience, and zero to two (2) years' experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other project management tools

Language Skills, Certifications and/or Training:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high paced project environment
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience in related project management software such as Primavera, Aconex, Ecosys, SAP
