Contracts Administrator
Reviewing, interpreting, and administering client, subcontractor, and supplier contracts
Supporting contract departures, clarifications, amendments, and negotiation preparation
Identifying legal, commercial, and contractual risks and recommending mitigation strategies
Assisting with tender and pre-contract documentation, including terms and conditions, scope alignment, and commercial compliance
Supporting management of contract correspondence, notices, variations, claims, and extensions of time
Working with project delivery teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and managed
Maintaining accurate contract registers, commercial records, and supporting documentation
Supporting subcontractor engagement, contract formation, and ongoing administration
Assisting with review of pricing, scope, schedule, and delivery obligations from a commercial risk perspective
Liaising with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and external legal advisers
Contributing to improved commercial processes, governance, and contract management practices
