A local Civil and Piling contractor are looking for a Piling Supervisor to join their Sydney team.

About this role

Overseeing piling operations on site, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Managing and mentoring your crew to get the best out of the team.
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Monitoring site safety, quality standards, and progress to meet deadlines.
Troubleshooting issues on site and ensuring quality project delivery.

Is this you?

Experience in piling and civil construction (drilling, groundworks, etc.).
Proven leadership skills - you can manage a crew and keep things moving.
Strong understanding of piling equipment, techniques, and safety standards.
A problem-solving mindset - you tackle challenges head on.
Relevant tickets, certifications, and a valid driver's license.

A salary of up to $160,000 + Super + Ute is on offer for the right person with existing management experience. Industry professionals looking for a step up from Leading Hand or Senior Operators are also encouraged to apply.
