Introduction

  • Offshore Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless scheduling, coordination, and management of Project personnel to support operational continuity and compliance with labour regulations.
  • This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.
  • Manage the training records of employees and ensure they are up to date.

About this role

  • PMT Scheduling:o Develop and manage PMT Personnel change schedules, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to labour regulations.
    o Coordinate with various teams to optimize PMT Personnel assignments and maintain an updated scheduling system.
  • Documentation Management:o Maintain and update all PMT personnel related documentation, including certifications, training records, and compliance documents.
    o Ensure that all PMT personnel have current certificates and documentation, including safety certifications and training records.
  • Travel Coordination:o Arrange travel logistics for crew members, including international flights, accommodations, and transportation to and from work sites.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:o Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for PMT personnel, ensuring all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed efficiently.
    o Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during these processes.
  • Record Keeping:o Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of PMT Personnel assignments, travel, and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Communication:o Serve as the primary point of contact for PMT Personnel -related inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Compliance and Safety:o Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to PMT Personnel management and safety.
    o Arrange work gear and assist with various safety courses based on Company requirements
  • Issue Resolution:o Resolve any PMT Personnel -related logistical issues, such as scheduling conflicts or travel disruptions, in a timely manner.
  • Marine PMT Support:o Provide comprehensive support for Marine PMT

Requirements

  • 8 years Experience in logistics coordination, preferably within personnel logistic role in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Bachelors or Associate Degree or similar however relevant experience may be taken if coupled with HNC/HND.
  • A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
  • Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
  • Extensive experience in a supervisory role
