Introduction

Brunel is partnering with a leading global energy company to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor (Level 3) for their onshore operations in Sale (VIC). This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities, overseeing contractors, and driving operational excellence.

About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee platform execution team and act as the primary contact for maintenance activities.
  • Serve as the key site contact for incident response and emergency situations.
  • Identify and implement execution optimization strategies in collaboration with contractors.
  • Work closely with contractors to resolve bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support maintenance and project work activities to ensure cost and time delivery goals are met.
  • Collaborate with Planners/Schedulers to develop resource plans and verify cost estimates.
  • Manage maintenance activities within budget, identify efficiencies, and prioritize work commitments.
  • Participate in the Site Emergency Response team.

Is this you?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or extensive experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills within oil & gas maintenance
  • Knowledge of SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) management
  • Expertise in maintenance planning, scheduling, and turnaround planning
  • Experience managing critical maintenance activitie
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software relevant to maintenance management.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
