Introduction

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Support for our technology's client. As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for conducting administrative, financial, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery. This is a part-time (8AM - 12PM) 9- month contract opportunity with a possibility of extension.

About this role

  • Conducts administrative, financial, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery.
  • Processes incoming orders, customer invoices and manages all other financial/commercial aspects of Field Service business.
  • Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
  • Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders, open accounts receivables and payables and other commercial issues.
  • Participates in investigating and resolving commercial problems.

Is this you?

  • 2+ years or Master Entry
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with and provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Self - starter with proven ability to establish and meet goals and deadlines
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of company personnel
