Introduction

On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing Building Technology Company that is revolutionising the Global Construction Industry, Brunel is presently sourcing an exceptional Professional Executive Assistant to support the Executive Chairman / Managing Director. This will be a maternity leave Fixed-Term Contract with a possible view to extend, located in Canning Vale.

About this role

You will work closely with the MD to enhance the effectiveness of the Corporate function and will have a breadth of exposure to Legal, Commercial, Public Relations, Marketing, Administrative and Operational matters.

An insight into your responsibilities:

  • Coordination and management of all information required of Key Consultants which is integral to the successful delivery of the Company’s corporate objectives
  • Assisting with executive documents, reports, research, presentations and communications for the MD
  • Diary and meeting management including preparing agendas and minute / action items
  • Attend to stakeholder enquiries
  • Travel and event coordination
  • Maintaining the contact database
  • Administration of expenses, stationery and resource management
  • Company website, print and social media marketing including drafting communications for approval

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Law or Communications is desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Paralegal role
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding results with minimum supervision
  • Exceptional business management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, accounting systems and web-based technologies
  • Ability to demonstrate a willingness and passion to add value, building immediate credibility and the trust of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills with all key stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team
  • A collaborative, reliable and proactive approach with strong influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to use your initiative and problem solve
  • Possible opportunity for occasional travel
