Introduction

We're looking for an E&I Coordinator to support the successful delivery of Topside modifications. Based in Perth CBD, this 6 month contract role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to to a high-profile offshore project.

About this role

  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times
  • Ensure all personnel in the team, including contractors, are fully versed and compliant with the Company safety procedures and values.
  • Prepare a Personal Safety Commitment Statement and demonstrate compliance.
  • Ensure all activities minimize the impact on the environment in line with Company's policies and requirements.
  • Assist with the development of people hour estimates and trade splits for specific scopes of work.
  • Provide discipline specific knowledge and input into constructability and HAZID documentation and presentations.
  • Attend constructability and HAZID workshops when and as required.
  • Prepare and deliver discipline specific work packs in a timely manner as per schedule
  • Coordinate multidiscipline work packs ensuring other disciplines contribute as required.
  • Demonstrate proactive engagement with other stakeholders relating to the execution of modifcations.

Is this you?

  • Australian Full working rights.
  • SAP Experience
  • Trade Background in relevant discipline.
  • Package up work either by work order or work pack for offshore execution
  • Minimum 5 years-experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 2 years in a Coordinator role.
  • Offshore or onshore experience on large projects (Greenfield/Brownfield).
  • Pre-commissioning experience preferred but not essential
  • Valid TBOSIET & Offshore Medical preferred but not essential
  • Highly competent, motivated person with good interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • High awareness of safe working practices associated with construction, pre- commissioning, installation, hook-up and commissioning of oil & gas facilities.
