Introduction

On behalf of our client, a world leader within the Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently recruiting a Camp Administrator based in Darwin, Northern Territory. This will be a contract role for the duration of approximately 8 months.

About this role

  • Coordinate all aspects of camp administration including accommodation assignments, meal scheduling, and transportation logistics for workers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for workers' concerns regarding camp facilities and services
  • Ensure all workers are compliant with site-specific policies and procedures regarding accommodation, safety and wellbeing
  • Oversee the allocation and maintenance of camp facilities to ensure they meet the required standards for a safe and comfortable working environment
  • Liaise with the site supervisors and project managers to ensure the camp is operating efficiently and any issues are promptly addressed
  • Maintain accurate records of accommodation bookings, arrivals, departures, and other relevant administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance With Health, Safety, And Environmental (HSE) standards in all camp-related activities
  • Assist in the coordination of medical and emergency support services if required
  • Manage camp-related supplies, including provisioning and maintenance of essential items
  • Communicate regularly with the Shutdown Team and contractors to keep everyone informed about camp-related matters

Is this you?

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Camp / Site Administration experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Confident in MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience in SAP and SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compliant in Health, Safety and Environmental policies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information appropriately
  • Flexibility in reference to working hours, especially during shutdown periods
