Introduction

Our client specializes in industrial home construction and produces complete shell structures with facades in their own factory, which are assembled on-site within one day. The energy-neutral homes are not connected to the gas network and offer sustainable, modular, and adaptable living solutions. They focus on affordable and future-proof housing for various target groups, including seniors, singles, and first-time buyers.

What are you going to do

The work planner ensures efficient production and assembly of prefab homes. This includes coordinating the supply of materials for the factory and on-site assembly, in collaboration with project leaders and production management. The work planner maintains contact with suppliers, resolves issues, and monitors the progress of orders. Additionally, the work planner prepares documentation for production and assembly, such as drawings and quality documentation, using CAD software (Revit).

They are also responsible for creating and adjusting the production schedule and timely identification of bottlenecks.
