What are you going to do 

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Plan, implement, and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
  • Demand Planning: Analyze and forecast demand to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, manage lead times, and resolve any supply-related issues.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and provide regular reports to stakeholders on supply chain performance.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the high-tech sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and excellent communication skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously improve processes.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on different projects and adapt to various high-tech environments.
