About this role
Key responsibilities:
- Manage cloud-based solutions such as Azure Active Directory and hybrid environments
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery and storage solutions, ensuring performance and reliability
- System updates, security patching
- Hardening systems including firewalls, servers and endpoints
- Work with clients to understand business needs
- Develop quotes and proposals for IT projects including
- Hardware procurement, liaising with vendors and suppliers
Is this you?
Technical Requirements:
- Microsoft 365 environments (Intune, Defender, Exchange Online)
- Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022)
- Active Directory, including advanced Group Policy and domain management
- Networking fundamentals
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 5+ years experience in IT systems engineering
- Proven experience in managing complex IT systems in managed services or enterprise environments.
