Introduction

  • Demonstrated experience in data migration, MOC report development, data reconciliation, and analytics within complex program database.
  • Proficiency in MOC and changes tracking methodologies, SCDB processes, database management systems, and changes analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of translating MOC data into easily understandable insights for the team (HOC, PCC, OES).
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams (CTJV HOC, PMX, PCC)
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on MOC, data reconciliation, and continuous improvement.
  • Working with large amount of data estimated near 5 millions of database records.

About this role

  • Champions on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractor and among Project Team
  • MOC data verifications and validations.
  • Check and ensure proper MOC process in System Completion database.
  • Reports to the Head Handover & Completions on daily activities and progress.
  • Provide inputs, resolutions for Completion data handling.

Is this you?

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Alternative certification or several years of experiences can be considered equivalent.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Management of Change (MOC), database, and data handling with strong skills in:
    • Tracking of Changes and MOC validation process
    • Database and Data Handling
    • Power BI and MS Power Platform knowledge is a plus
    • Computing science and Databases (Excel, Access)
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Strong knowledge of system completion tools
  • Multi Discipline skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organizational levels.
