Coordinates the asset operator’s input to the design and engineering.
Responsible to ensure that operations and maintenance requirements are satisfied.
Controls the contractors work to ensure that the project specification requirements are satisfied.
Coordinates Company responses to engineering queries.
Evaluates technical basis for contractor change requests.
Responsible to monitor and assess contractors engineering progress against the schedule.
Confirm third party design interfaces accounted for in engineering design.
Assists with verification of contractors claimed engineering progress.
Coordinates the interface between the contractor and third-party verification bodies.
Participates in testing of critical instrument and control systems.
Confirm applicability, suitability, and function of all equipment.
Experience working in Ras Laffan Industrial City.
Is this you?
Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Instrument & Control Engineer, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Instrument & Control Engineer, with prior experience in petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial projects. Experience in ethylene storage or similar projects is preferred.
