Introduction

About this role

Support HSE activities across various offshore projects, providing risk-based leadership and compliance oversight.
Collaborate with contractors to ensure safety standards are met, and risk management processes are effectively implemented.
Assuring, verifying and influencing Contractor's work product and practices to ensure conformance and compliance to approved plans.
Providing support to the Project team for implementation of Company HSE Management requirements and Verification Plan activities.
Leading Company training and awareness programs as required.
Supporting and coordinating Company led Health and Safety activities.
Management of Company event reporting system for all Project related events, investigation findings and actions.
Participating in incident investigations and 'root cause' analysis

Is this you?

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Strong background in HSE within oil and gas, with site-based (offshore) experience in Australia.
Site-based construction (offshore) experience in Australia.
Tbosiet and MSIC certifications are required
Ability to travel for up to 3 weeks during project phases.
Experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis
A thorough understanding of all relevant WA Health and Safety Legislation and Safety Case regime
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
