Introduction

We're seeking a Document Control Administrator II to work with a major Oil & Gas company located in Roxana, IL on a 1-year contract.

About this role

  • Continuously monitor preventative maintenance due dates and completed paperwork
  • Modify, update, and manage preventative maintenance paperwork
  • Create electrical equipment in SAP
  • Provide efficient, secure and appropriate access to documents and records
  • Create purchase requisitions as needed
  • Invoice for catalyst vendors as needed
  • Auditing electrical equipment for maintenance plan existence as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5 or more years of experience in a business environment related to records management such as record storage, filing and retrieval
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging
  • Preferred experience with various proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems
  • Preferred bachelor's degree or higher
  • Preferred proficient in SAP
