Introduction

On behalf of our client, Brunel is presently sourcing a Travel Coordinator for a 6 month contract, with a possible view to extend, based in the Perth CBD. You will assist in the coordination of the booking and management of business travel arrangements.

About this role

An insight to your responsibilities are:

  • Support domestic and international travel arrangements for staff and contractor
  • Manage home leave and demobilisation travel for international personnel
  • Ensure visa requirements and HSE-approved accommodations are met for travellers
  • Liaise with Travel Management Company for non-standard travel and accommodation requests
  • Update the Travel Tracker System and generate travel reports for operations and global mobility
  • Oversee ticketing, manage credits, and review invoices for accurate processing
  • Coordinate with HSES for security briefings and resolve booking tool errors via Concur Support

Is this you?

Requirements

  • Travel and Tourism Certificate III OR Global equivalent
  • Previous experience in a Corporate Travel position
  • Knowledge and experience in International travel routing and airfares
  • Knowledge and experience of Online Booking Tools
  • Confident computer skills
  • Sound knowledge of the airline seating allocation process
