Introduction

We’re hiring Contract Performance Analyst for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.

About this role

Position: Contract Performance Analyst;

YOE: 5 to 8 Years;

Contract: On Contract role;

Location: Bangalore.

Requirements

University/bachelor’s degree in related disciplines;

At least 5 years work experience in complex corporate environments in contract management and procurement related role;

Good at handling data, numbers, analytical skill;

Good at MS office suite – specially Excel and Power Point;

Preferably handling travel, hotel, meeting and events etc;

Comfortable working with, and leading through uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and incomplete information;

Experience in working within a multicultural and multi-country environment is essential;

Good written and verbal communication skill;

A self-starter with strong business partnering skills;

People Skills;

A seasoned professional with broad data & information skills;

A clear proven track record in delivery, self-starting with the ability and courage to initiate;

Good interpersonal and communication skills;

High energy level individual, with the determination of seeing thing through and succeeding;

Excellent people, oral/ written skills;

Strong appreciation for cultural diversity, with excellent reputation in dealing with, working, and inspiring staff of multiple nationalities and related cultural backgrounds, underpinned by an ability to get things done against this backdrop and through good working relationships.
