About this role

We have a current opportunity for a BD Evaluation-MD on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Shanghai. For further information about this position please apply.

职责和任务：

根据公司经营目标，倒推公司中长期产品线的战略规划，结合市场需求和痛点，设计产品线组合。
负责执行战略项目实现对现有产品线的潜力挖掘、规划产品生命周期、推进产品的下沉。
制定产品增长策略，并确定未来增长机会，推进新适应症、新疾病领域的扩展计划。
负责行业研究与标杆医院管理，竞争分析，为战略决策提供依据。
负责相关领域专家的维护和沟通，确保项目进度。

任职要求：

硕士及以上学历，临床医学专业。
2年以上相关工作经验，有医疗行业医学部工作经验优先。
优秀的医学发展计划能力，优秀的医学项目开发与管理能力或临床试验开发与全程管理能力。
良好的医学思维能力及运作能力，熟练的文献查阅、整理、分析能力及PPT制作能力，扎实的医学知识和相关的产品知识。
良好的英语阅读能力和文献检索能力，优秀的沟通协调能力，团队合作精神。
