Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts
Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope
Ensure timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAP-HR Core, Workday) as well as efficient exchange of information with vendors, if applicable, to provide the best possible customer experience
Extract reports needed for personnel administration and other reports upon request
Manage activities as a backup for colleagues in the team whenever needed

Požadavky

Knowledge of HR HCM workday and SAP is an advantage
Experience in HR Operations fields
English and German language, knowledge of HR processes
knowledge of - WD, SAP, SNOW, MS Office, MS Teams
